Girls Trip 2022!
Wow, so relaxing and peaceful. The resort is so clean and anything we wanted to do was available! Great place to stay, you can rent a Suite, a floor or the entire home!
Family Reunions or Weddings would be amazing here!

Girls Trip 2022! Debbie said it all! Shedrock Shangrila is absolutely beautiful! Incredible local artwork in the units! Spacious rooms and bathrooms! The Beds!! So comfortable, I slept so good! My first experience ever kayaking and it was on the ocean! So fun and actually relaxing. The golf cart is a must! We had a blast going into town for lunch and dinner. Not hard to miss 4 Blondes buzzing around in a golf ! The locals are so kind and friendly.
We booked our excursions based on recommendations from Robyn and Tony. We were picked up by van or boat right there.

Girls Trip 2022- We had a fantastic time! Shedrock Shangrila was over the top fantastic. I could write a novel so it's hard to put it all in here. The 4 of us all had our own rooms and each one decorated out of a magazine- just amazing! Each kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. We rented the golf cart and we went into town for lunch and dinner daily which was a lot of fun. Kayaks are there on the private beach so we took them out and tooled around and said "Hi" to the locals fishing and swimming.
We set up all our excursions when we got to Shedrock Shangrila and it was super easy because the boat picked us up right there on the pier next to the resort and if we had to drive to an excursion the driver picked us up right there which was super convenient.
At night when we were exhausted from all the fun we had each day we relaxed in the roof top pool and just took in the peacefulness and the stars WOW!!!
The people we are so friendly everywhere we went!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette trip in April 2021 and had an incredible time! The house had everything we needed and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. This was our first trip to Belize and we wouldn’t think twice about visiting again and staying at Shedrock!

Our family of five (children 3,11,16) stayed in July 2021, in the third floor suite. We had never been to Belize before. Robyn and Tony helped us plan the best trip ever! The house was phenomenal. We will definitely be coming back to Belize!

Shedrock Shangri-la is nothing short of a private piece of paradise, with daily views of the sunrise over the sea, and morning visits from the parrots and parakeets in the treetops, both of which are fantastic when viewed from the 4th floor rooftop. The owners, Tony and Robyn, did the most amazing job decorating the entire place, paying attention to every detail. It's beautiful inside and out.

Ellen, the caretaker, checked in with us most mornings just to be sure there was nothing she could do to make our stay better, and was never more than a text message away for anything we needed.

The property is only a few minutes from the resort area, and a short ride from the village and all the restaurants and shopping. Hopkins Village as a whole has just enough going on to keep you entertained, but is relaxed enough that you never feel rushed. It's the perfect little fishing village with great Garifuna and Mayan food, plus enough variety "from home" that everyone can find something they will like.

We will definitely return to Shedrock Shangri-la.

Another wonderful trip to Hopkins! Shedrock Shangri-la was beautiful as always. Caught a load of snook and a couple of tarpon (my brother, I missed a few... Oh well). Saw Macaws and Toucans up close on a bird watching trip with Golden (highly recommended). Ready to go back! Thanks Robyn and Tony!

Did a full house rental with a bunch of friends. Completely amazing and the pictures do not do this place justice. We will be doing another one next year!
